Design
- The designs and content of this website are copyright of Simply Perfect Cards and therefore must not be reproduced or copied.
- Please note that there might be slight variations to each card due to their handmade nature.
- A minimum of 40 invitations must be ordered.
- All orders are subject to stock availability. If Simply Perfect Cards has difficulty in obtaining the materials to make your invitations, you will be notified via email and offered suggestions of similar materials, or given the option to change your order to a different design. If this is not satisfactory to you, in this circumstance only, will your deposit be refunded.
- Also due to stock availability, it may be the case that there may be a slight delay on receiving some of the stock with which we will make your invitations. This may then in some instances push back the completion date. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you of the new completion date and if this is unsuitable, we will then refund your full money.
- Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility. Simply Perfect Cards will not accept responsibility for any mistakes which go unnoticed and we reserve the right to make an extra charge for any text that needs altered.
- Please note that Simply Perfect Cards will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for hymns, poems or readings. This is the customer’s responsibility to obtain permission if necessary.
- Please make sure that you have read our information on order times before placing your order. Once orders have been placed, they will not be refunded because you were unaware of these times, as they are clearly stated on the site.
- Order cancellations in full will not be accepted. As soon as you have placed your order we will then order the stock. In the unlikely event that any of our products are faulty in any way, we will redo the order for you if you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, we do not refund. If you do not notify within these 3 days then we will not replace.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, orders that have already been confirmed will not be affected by any price differences.
- We cannot accept liability for any delay, loss or damage of goods caused by the postal system. We will not refund a missing parcel.
- We reserve the right to extend completion/delivery times if the customer makes an alteration to the design of their order once progress has already been made on their invitations.
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If an order is cancelled part way through then all of the work that has been completed up until that point must be paid for.
- If you have paid for your order, and find you need to cancel your order due to cancellation of your wedding or for any other reason, you will not be refunded if your order is in the completion stages, as all of the work will already have been done, and the stationery has been made especially for you. However if you attempt to cancel at any other stage, your 50% deposit is non-refundable and any work that has been completed up until that stage will have to be paid for. If your order is awaiting completion and no work has yet been done, we will still only be able to refund you 50% of the order, with the remainder being used to cover the cost of any stock that has been ordered on immediate receipt of your order.
- Full order money is only refunded due to problems with stock availability, which is out of our control.
