It is very easy to place an order with Simply Perfect Cards, simply by adding the quantity of cards in the design that you like to your basket, and as you proceed to checkout, you will then have the opportunity to personalize the wording and font of your card and leave any instructions.

Approval of Proofs - After your order has been received, within approx 2 weeks you will be sent a Wedding Day Invitation of your chosen design with a printed insert in your chosen wording and font. Depending on your order, an Evening Invitation, Order of Service, Menu and place card will also be provided. Please note that this will not include favour boxes or table plans. These must be thoroughly checked and approved by signing and dating the proofs and returning them. ***Please note that with the pocketfold/wallet/petal designs, it will take up to approx three weeks to receive your proofs.

Our aim is to complete orders within approximately 6-8 weeks of receiving your signed proofs. If you require your stationery sooner, please ask about this before placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate you, though this may be at an extra cost of which you will be notified before you make an order.

Although it is possible to order your stationery in stages, we do however recommend that you order all of your stationery at the same time. This minimizes the risk of any colour variations in different batches of card, paper and any other materials used if stationery is ordered at different times. Also there is a chance that we may not have the time to complete your additional orders depending on our workload, however, we would try to do our best to accommodate you.

Even if you do not have all of your details at the time of ordering, it is still possible to place your order online but make it known in the comments box that your order is not ready to be processed but still give the date you would like your order to be ready by, if you want to ensure that a slot is booked for you. You could then forward the details nearer the time via email.

It is advisable that you order your wedding stationery at least six – nine months prior to the date of your wedding, as it will take approx. 6-8 weeks (7-9 weeks for pocketfold/wallet/petal designs) to complete your order after receiving your signed proofs and invitations are typically sent out to guests 8-12 weeks before the wedding.
